What happens if it rains?
Unfortunately we cannot setup in the rain. So if it starts raining before your booking we will give you a full refund. If heavy rain sets in during your booking, our crew will need to come and pack up early. |
What if I need to cancel my booking?
We have no cancellation fee, but please give us as much notice as possible! |
Can adults use your amusements?
Yes. All our amusements can be used by adults. The standard castles can only fit one adult at a time, but Jurassic Park can have multiple adults on. Watch your Mum and Dad battle it out in the Gladiator Game! |
Do you have a delivery fee?
We offer free delivery, setup, and pickup for all areas between Palm Cove and Gordonvale. There is a delivery fee for areas outside Gordonvale, and Palm Cove. We have delivered all the way out to Cooktown, Croydon(inland QLD) and Townsville. |
